Introduction
Lassus Media ("we," "our," or "us") operates Card Prices, a trading card price-tracking and collection management service available on iOS, Android, and the web. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Card Prices, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk. You may sign in using email, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. The information collected during sign-in is governed by the respective provider's privacy policy in addition to ours.
Card Collection Data
We store the card collection data you add to the app, including cards in your collection, folders, wishlists, sold records, sealed products, graded cards, and portfolio snapshots. This data is associated with your account and is used to provide the core functionality of the service.
Camera & Card Scanning
The Card Prices mobile app can use your device's camera to scan trading cards. Camera images are processed locally on your device for card identification purposes. Images captured during scanning are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
Subscription & Purchase Data
If you subscribe to Card Prices premium features, subscription and purchase records are managed by RevenueCat. We receive confirmation of your subscription status to unlock premium features. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google; we do not store your payment card details.
Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect analytics about how the app and website are used. This includes device type, operating system, screen views, feature interactions, and app lifecycle events. This data is aggregated and used to improve our services. PostHog does not sell your personal data.
Crash & Error Reports
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error logs when the app encounters an unexpected issue. These reports may include your device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace of the error. Crash reports are used solely for debugging and improving app stability.
