When your life is reduced by an attack from one of your opponent's spirits that costs 4 or fewer, remove a core from that spirit and place it into your opponent's reserve.

When one of your spirits with [Ascend] attacks, you may discard a card to select one of your opponent's spirits. Remove a core from it and place it into your opponent's reserve.
